Enzo Anselmo Giuseppe Maria Ferrari was an Italian motor racing driver and businessman who founded the Scuderia Ferrari Grand Prix racing team, and eventually founded one of the world’s largest car manufacturers under his name – Ferrari. Montblanc has also created a line of pens to encapsulate the spirit of the legendary racing driver – Montblanc Great Characters Enzo Ferrari Special Edition.
The pen you see is made from Montblanc's premium Resin, refined to a red hue, inspired by “Rosso 70 Anni”, a special red that represents the various iconic red tones throughout the years, first developed to celebrate the 70th birthday of Scuderia Ferrari.
On the tip of the pen, the familiar Montblanc logo is designed between the metal mesh and the yellow background, this is also the way Montblanc pays homage to his birthplace - Modena Italy. The image of a neighing horse is engraved on the back of the pen cap, this is also the famous symbol of the Ferrari car brand.
The clip of this pen model is engraved with the legendary quote of Enzo Ferrari: “You cannot describe passion, you can only live it.”
