The novel “The Little Prince” by French writer and pilot Antoine de Saint-Exupéry is no longer strange to most of us – those who love Montblanc. When the Le Petit Prince pen line was launched by Montblanc, many different versions of the pen were released.
Montblanc Meisterstuck Le Petit Prince Doué is the second version of this pen line, continuing the success of the Le Petit line with sky blue. This pen model uses a very special earthy brown color for the pen body made of precious resin. Contrasting with that is the pen cap made of extremely eye-catching platinum-plated steel.
This Doue version, on the cap is delicately engraved with familiar images from the novel “The Little Prince”. From the vast desert scene appearing from the first pages of the novel, to the image of the pilot’s plane and the little prince’s magical planet, all have shown Montblanc’s meticulousness in creating such a wonderful pen version.
The highlight of this pen model is the image of a gold star engraved on the pen clip made of special lacquer, making the pen model more elaborate and sophisticated.
