Montblanc Meisterstück Around the World in 80 Days is a product line inspired by the famous adventure novel by French writer Jules Verne. The pen impresses with its shape. The laser-engraved steamboat drifting on the sea, the wave motifs engraved on the pen cap, or the black lacquer playing card symbol on the lapel clip… are all inspired by the content of the first part of the main character's journey.
In the version you see in the picture, tThe entire pen body is made mainly from rare blue resin typical of Montblanc. On the tip of the pen are engraved two important numbers: 18 – the number of days it took to travel from London to Bombay and 80 – the number of days the character ended his journey.
The pen currently available at the store is the ballpoint version, brand new in box, suitable for personal use or as a gift. The pen is replaced with a genuine blue core when sold.
