Montblanc has released two different versions of the Montblanc Great Characters Jimi Hendrix collection. With the special version made of white Resin, Genuine Pen has an article talking about it, so what about the limited edition of only 1924 pieces? Let's find out with Genuine Pen.
Inspired by the cover of the 1968 album “Electric Ladyland”, the barrel of this limited edition pen is crafted from rare lacquer, under a frame that is covered on top.
The cap has a surface reminiscent of the amplifier used by Hendrix, along with a lacquered Hendrix badge. The clip is gold-plated and Montblanc has carefully adjusted the angle to resemble the vibrato bar of an electric guitar.
The gold-plated body of the pen also easily creates a combination with red lacquer, and it also makes this pen version more prominent.
