Montblanc has a history of over 100 years of pen making, and among them, it is impossible not to mention their wonderful fountain pens. The special feature of these fountain pens is the nib made of real gold, which is also an innovation that Montblanc pioneered more than 100 years ago in the production of pen nibs.
We can usually see 2 main nib designs, a more classic version like the Meisterstuck line with a slim nib, the other version will be seen in modern pen lines like the Starwalker with a slightly fuller shape. Both are meticulously crafted, depending on each version, using 14K or 18K gold. For special versions, the nib is also where Montblanc uses to engrave the outstanding details of that pen line.
