The pen’s tapered design resembles the stiletto heel of Marilyn Monroe’s favorite shoes. Both Special Editions are dedicated to the “sex symbol” woman. The two pens come in two colors associated with Monroe’s image, red – the signature Ruby Tuesday lipstick, and white – the classic white dress in the movie “The Seven Year Itch”.
On the clip of both pens are high-class pearls, which are also the type of jewelry that Marilyn loved the most. Not only that, diamonds are also her "best friends", when Montblanc engraved these diamonds on the end of the pen with Monroe's signature, reminding us of her famous song as a singer "Diamonds Are a Girl's Best Friend".
