Part of the Montblanc Writers Edition Homage to the Brothers Grimm Limited Edition, these are the first editions of the pen series and are a set of three pens: fountain pen, pencil and rollerball pen. The pen series is dedicated to Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm and celebrates their work on German and European folklore, including some of the most famous fairy tales such as “Snow White”, “Cinderella” and “Sleeping Beauty”.
The overall shape of the pen is shaped like an old hiking stick, while the black color is reminiscent of the darkness of the forest that often served as the main stage for the folklore of the Brothers Grimm.
Additionally, the wave-like pattern on the cap and barrel of the pen is inspired by Rapunzel's hair in the fairy tale “Tangled” and also resembles tree roots, as the Brothers Grimm considered their linguistic work to be “the study of roots.”
The lid features a Montblanc logo in precious resin. The platinum-coated clip, reminiscent of a rough piece of wood, unexpectedly reveals the profile of the Brothers Grimm when rotated.
