Inspired by the all-too-familiar story “Le Petit Prince”, the pen version you are seeing is the second pen line with this theme that Montblanc has launched.
This is a fountain pen version with an 18K gold nib, on the nib is engraved the image of a rose, which is the flower that the Little Prince in the story loves with all his heart. The pen cap is engraved with images of stars often seen in the images of the story. The clip is also engraved with the image of the star, with a more special material: high-quality gold lacquer.
Montblanc also uses Burgundy red lacquer on the pen body with purity and beauty from the depth as well as indescribable sophistication. The pen cap is plated in champagne gold, perfectly matching this wine red color.
