Launched by the company in the 70s and 80s after the success of previous versions. The Montblanc Noblesse Gold Plate Fountain Pen belongs to the high-end line that has been produced for a long time by Montblanc.
The body is plated with 20K gold & the nib is completely handcrafted from 14K gold.
The logo icon is still placed on the tip of the pen.
The Montblanc brand name at this time also used a simple, elegant font, with the words "Made in Germany" engraved right on the lid.
The interesting thing about this design is that the company's logo is still engraved at the bottom of the pen, which has not been seen in any other version to date.
With its age from the time of launch to achieve such a nearly new condition, the pen may have been carefully preserved by the previous owner & hardly used. This is very rare in antique pens.
