Montblanc has always had pen lines honoring the world's great figures. The father of the story "Le Avventure di Pinocchio" - Carlo Collodi is also the character that Montblanc paid tribute to with the Writers Edition pen line in 2011.
All the quintessence of the children's story "Pinocchio" is placed by Montblanc on the cap of this limited edition. The entire body of the pen is crafted from brown precious resin, but the cap is added with a metal frame on the outside. In this frame, each character such as the blue fairy, the whale, the fox, the cat or the cricket are all engraved in a sharp way, identical to the original drawing by Carlo Collodi. At the same time, the pen's tail is a reproduction of the "long nose" of the boy Pinocchio.
The pen was only produced in 2011, with the version at Genuine Pen bearing the serial number 4880/8400, this number is also delicately engraved on the pen tip along with the writer's signature.
